Terms of use
Last updated October 10, 2026
These terms apply when you use the RideshareIQ app or this website. By using the app you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use it.
What RideshareIQ is
RideshareIQ helps rideshare drivers track shifts, rides, miles and costs, and estimate what their driving earns. It is an independent product, not affiliated with, endorsed by or connected to Uber, Lyft or any other rideshare company. Their names are used only to describe which earnings you can record.
Drive safely
Never let the app distract you from driving. Set things up before you drive, use voice commands or the floating button only when it is safe, and obey all traffic laws. You are always responsible for how you drive and which rides you accept.
Estimates, not advice
- Profit, cost per mile, the accept line, airport timing, drive times and gas prices areestimates based on what you enter, your phone's GPS and outside data sources. They can be wrong or out of date.
- Tax summaries, mileage logs and expense reports are records to help you and your tax preparer. They are not tax, legal or financial advice. Check anything you file with a qualified professional.
- Flight information comes from third parties and can be late, incomplete or changed by airlines.
Your account and data
- You can use the app without an account. If you create one, keep your sign-in details safe.
- Your records are yours. Our privacy policy explains what we collect and how to delete it.
- You're responsible for the accuracy of what you enter or import.
Acceptable use
Don't misuse the app or its services. For example, don't:
- try to access other people's data or our systems without permission;
- overload, scrape or reverse-engineer our servers or their data sources;
- use the app in a way that breaks the law or your rideshare platform's rules.
Test versions
Early and test versions may have bugs, lose data or change without notice. Export your data regularly if you rely on it.
Changes and availability
We may change, pause or stop features or the app. We may update these terms; if a change matters, we'll say so in the app before it takes effect.
No warranty
The app is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows.
Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, RideshareIQ is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses, or for lost earnings, arising from your use of the app or reliance on its estimates.
